Welcome to 1st grade with Sister Patricia Ann Kenney,CSJ! This has been a magical year where tremendous growth has taken place for all First Graders.  Reading books, discovering the World of Numbers, making crafts, dressing up as Saints, acting our Bible Stories, planting sunflower seeds and my Retirement Celebration were just a few of the highlights.  The class sang a beautiful song for me and recited "Twas the Night Before Retirement" written by Amy McCormick.  I am very proud of you all. Thank you parents for all your help and cooperation.  You selflessly gave your time and talents, and in addition sent in food for parties, stars, stickers, and thoughful gifts.  It was a pleasure working with you.  Teaching your child has been a privilege and a joy! Children, our happy class has come to an end!  I am very proud of how well you have done.  Remember to pray, read and practice your math during the summer.  Obey your parents and a ray of sunshine in your home.  I love you ans will miss you.
